I bought this book for my daughter who recently got interested in duct tape crafts. It is amazing what you really can make from duct tape. This book is very cute and has so many ideas in it. The directions are easy to follow and my daughter has already made several of the crafts in it. She is 11 by the way. This book is easy to read and is good for kids to use on their own with little adult help needed. My daughter has made the flip flops, a purse, and several of the flowers that are in the book. There are unique ideas in this book too like how to decorate a locker or even re-do an end table. There are very neat designs in the book too. If you have a kid who is interested in duct tape crafts then I suggest getting this book. Girls will love it!
I tease that last year was the year of duct tape. This house litterally went through at least 30 rolls of duct tape and many hours on youtube. My daughter states this is her favorite book.
Do get this for your kids - be sure to pick up several different colored rolls of tape, too. Will keep them (and you!) busy for hours & hours & show them how rewarding/what fun it is to actually create something themseles.
Grandaughters have made about everything shown. Actually it has become tradition that we give our grandaughters duct tape for Christmas so they can continue making projects from the book (for others). Highly recommend this book if your kids need an enjoyable, and time consuming, activity.
My daughter tried to do a few of the projects, they just didn't turn out right and she didn't have the patience for them. Some of them take a ton of duct tape to make and she felt as if she were wasting all of her precious tape lol.
This book has some very cute and creative ideas for duct tape. Some of them didn't go as planned and were too hard, but most of them turned out great and adorable!
I got this for my daughter to give her some more ideas for the duct tape she has been collecting. The instructions are easy to follow and the additional items needed for some projects are not that expensive so far on the projects she has attempted. Recommend this for any adult looking for a gift for the young girls in their life or for teens looking for something crafty to sink their teeth into.
